补肾益气通利方治疗围绝经期水肿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tonifying Kidney and Benefiting Qi for Removing Obstruction Recipe in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Edema

目的运用自拟补肾益气通利方治疗围绝经期水肿并观察其治疗效果及安全性。方法收治符合入组标准的围绝经期水肿患者共100例,随机分为2组,治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组运用自拟补肾益气通利方口服中药治疗,对照组运用济生肾气丸中成药治疗,治疗后观察2组治疗效果及用药安全性。结果 2组治疗方法对于围绝经期水肿均有效,且治疗组总有效率高于对照组;并且在改善中医证候方面治疗组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运用自拟补肾益气通利方能够有效治疗围绝经期水肿,改善患者的围绝经期症状。

Objection Using self-made tonifying kidney and benefiting qi for removing obstruction recipe to treat perimenopausal edema and to observe its therapeutic effect and safety. Methods A total of 100 patients with perimenopausal edema met with the enrollment criteria which were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 50 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with self-made tonifying kidney and benefiting qi for removing obstruction recipe,and the control group was treated with Jisheng Shenqi pill which was one sort of Chinese patent medicine. After treatment,the treatment effect and medication safety of the two groups were observed. Results The two treatments were effective for perimenopausal edema,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group;and there was statistically significant difference between the treatment group before and after treatment in terms of relieving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms. Conclusion The self-made tonifying kidney and benefiting qi for removing obstruction recipe can effectively treat perimenopausal edema and relieve the perimenopausal symptoms of patients.
