苦参地肤子汤熏洗用于痔疮术后临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fumigation and Washing of Kushen Difuzi Decoction for Patients with Anorectal Operation

目的探讨痔疮患者术后应用苦参地肤子汤熏洗治疗的临床疗效。方法选择南阳市第一人民医院2018年1月—2020年12月收治的痔疮患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组80例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组加用苦参地肤子汤熏洗治疗。对比2组临床疗效、肛肠功能、术后疼痛、水肿情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组临床总有效率(96.25%)高于对照组(85.00%),术后肛管静息压、直肠静息压高于对照组,术后水肿评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肛肠患者术后应用苦参地肤子汤熏洗治疗效果较佳,对恢复肛肠功能、减轻肿痛具有积极的作用,且安全可靠,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fumigation and washing of Kushen Difuzi decoction in patients with anorectal surgery. Methods 160 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to Nanyang First People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with fumigation and washing of Kushen Difuzi decoction. The clinical efficacy,anorectal function,postoperative pain,edema and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group( 96. 25%) was higher than that of the control group( 85. 00%). Resting pressure of the anal canal,and resting rectal pressure of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The visual analogue score( VAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of fumigation and washing of Kushen Difuzi decoction for anorectal patients after surgery is better. It has a positive effect on restoring anorectal function and reducing swelling and pain. It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization.
