从气机升降理论探讨眩晕

Analysis on the Vertigo from Theory of Ascending and Descending of Qi Movement

古今临床医家多认为眩晕是以风、火、痰、虚、瘀致其病,而笔者认为气机升降失调,运行逆乱与眩晕的发生密切相关,气机升降不及与太过均可使清气不升、浊气不降而致脑窍失养或被蒙蔽发为眩晕。气机的升降出入失调又主要表现为脏腑气机的升降失调,故可从肝与肺、脾与胃、心与肾等脏腑之气机升降失调来认识眩晕,并在治疗上以调理脏腑之气机升降出入为要点,使得脏腑虚实有度,阴阳平衡,气机升降有序则眩晕之疾可除。此文基于脏腑气机升降理论具体探讨眩晕并附医案1则。

Most ancient and modern clinical medicine think that vertigo is caused by wind,fire,phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis,but the author holds that the disorder of qi movement is closely related to the occurrence of vertigo. The ascending and descending of qi movement is not enough and too much can make the clean qi do not up,turbidity qi do not down,so the brain lost in caring or was deceived and developed for vertigo. The ascending and descending of qi movement is mainly manifested as the movement of the viscera qi movement,so we can understand vertigo from the qi movement of liver,lung,spleen,stomach,heart and kidney,and take the qi movement of regulating viscera as the main point in treatment. When there is a degree of internal organs,yin and yang balance,the qi rise and fall orderly,vertigo disease can be removed. This paper discusses the specific treatment of vertigo and displays one typical clinical case based on the theory of the ascending and descending of qi movement.
