摘要
基于中国高端装备制造产业联盟数据,探讨联盟派系对企业创新的影响,并分析联盟企业上市融资与创新积累的调节效应。结果表明:派系数越多,联盟企业的创新能力越强;企业是否上市对派系数影响创新绩效具有显著的调节效应,即对于上市企业,嵌入拥有较多派系团体的联盟创新网络中其创新能力并没有显著增强,而对于非上市企业,嵌入拥有较多派系团体的联盟创新网络中则有利于企业创新能力的提升;创新积累对派系数影响企业创新绩效不具有显著的正向调节效应;企业的核心度与其创新能力存在倒U型关系,并对创新积累影响企业创新绩效呈现倒U型调节效应。
Based on the data of Chinas high-end equipment manufacturing industry alliance,this paper discusses the impact of alliance cliques on enterprise innovation,and analyzes the moderating effect of listed financing and innovation accumulation of alliance enterprises.Results show that the more the clique numbers are,the stronger the alliance enterprise innovation capability have.Whether an enterprise is listed or not has a significant moderating effect on the impact of clique numbers on innovation performance,that is,for listed enterprises,the innovation capability of enterprises embedded in alliance innovation network with more clique numbers is not significantly enhanced,while for non-listed enterprises,the innovation capability of enterprises embedded in alliance innovation network with more clique numbers is enhanced.Innovation accumulation has no significant positive moderating effect on the impact of clique numbers on enterprise innovation performance.The impact of the coreness values on the enterprise innovative output in an inverted-U curvilinear way,and the coreness values also moderates the effect of innovation accumulation on enterprise innovation capability in an inverted-U curvilinear way.
