摘要
基于整合视角,聚焦员工一管理者互动情境,对个性化交易的发展进行梳理,阐述影响个性化交易的各项因素并提出未来研究方向。结果表明,合理使用个性化交易对维持员工与组织的良好关系、激发员工工作积极性、促使组织战略目标实现具有显著影响。
Based on the perspective of integration,focusing on the employee-manager interaction situation,this paper combs the development of idiosyncratic deals,expounds the factors influencing idiosyncratic deals,and puts forward the future research direction.Result shows that the rational use of idiosyncratic deals has a significant impact on maintaining a good relationship between employees and the organization,stimulating employees work enthusiasm,and promoting the realization of organizational strategic goals.
