改革开放40多年来,中国用几十年的时间走完了发达国家几百年走过的发展历程,创造了"世所罕见的经济快速发展奇迹",书写了"人类反贫困史上的中国奇迹"。中国式赶超增长和结构转型是一个庞大的叙事,蕴藏着理论创造的巨大动力、活力、潜力。基于中国式赶超增长与结构转型的特征事实,提炼和总结其中的规律性成果和原创性理论,既展现了本土特征,又具有与西方发展经济学相洽的学理。以要素解放和配置效率提升以及兼顾公平为逻辑主线回答中国式赶超增长和结构转型成功的原因,以社会主义市场经济体制改革、对外开放和全面深化改革的重大理论创新为线索揭示中国式赶超增长和结构转型的动力源泉,并将发展社会生产力的"世界性"和中国社会主义基本经济制度等"本土性"结合起来,可以重塑和创新中国式发展经济学。

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China has completed the development process of developed countries for hundreds of years in decades, created " the development miracle of rapid economic growth" and written "the Chinese miracle in the history of human anti-poverty". Chinese catch-up growth and structural transformation is a huge narrative, which contains the great power, vitality and potential of theoretical creation, especially the reconstruction and innovation of development economics.This paper refines and summarizes the regular achievements and original theories, which not only shows the local characteristics, but also has the academic theory consistent with Western development economics. In order to answer why Chinese style catch-up growth and structural transformation can succeed, we have taken the liberation of factors, the improvement of allocation efficiency and the consideration of fairness as the logical main line. The major theoretical innovations of Chinese catch-up growth and structural transformation include the theory of socialist market economic system reform, the theory of opening and the theory of comprehensively deepening reform.
