重庆“五社联动”绘就基层治理新画卷

2020年以来,重庆市民政局创新推出“社区+社会工作者+社区社会组织+社区志愿者+社区公益慈善资源”这种“五社联动”新路径,切实让社区孤老残疾有人管、矛盾冲突有人解,促进了邻里和谐,得到了群众认可,奋力绘就了一幅“五社联动惠民生”的基层治理新画卷。九龙坡区“五社联动”,奏响社区治理“大合唱”“社区事情多而杂,居民需求多样,只有链接好社会资源,才能更好服务居民。”九龙街道工作人员庄华敏表示。

Since 2020,the Civil Affairs Bureau of Chongqing has innovatively launched a new campaign of"Cooperation of Communities,Social Workers,Social Organizations,Community Volunteers and Community Philanthropic Resources".As a result of the launch of this campaign,the orphans and the disabled in the community are attended to,conflicts are resolved,harmony is promoted in the neighborhood,the recognition of the masses is obtained,and a new pattern of primary-level governance of"Cooperation of Communities,Social Workers,Social Organizations,Community Volunteers and Community Philanthropic Resources Benefiting the People's Livelihood"is established.
