干练、敏捷的余令,给人的印象从来都是如沐春风。她一头干净利落的齐耳短发,着一身宝蓝色衬衫裙,谈笑之间温婉大气,令人敬佩之余,也产生莫名的亲切感。在“社工”领域,她声名卓著,是深圳经济特区社会工作学院执行院长、副理事长、项目总督导,还是深圳市社会工作者协会副会长、深圳市决策咨询委员会先行示范区社会组专家。在社工眼中,她是海岸的灯塔,为他们开展社会服务工作指引方向;在同事眼中,她是上了永动机的陀螺。

Yu Ling is a senior social worker.In the eyes of her peers,she is like a beacon on the coast;guiding them to carry out social service work.She never ceases to engage in on-the-job education for social work.In the eyes of relatives and friends,she is like the sunshine in winter;making people feel secure and warm whenever they are close to her.
