随着社会的不断发展,胸部CT在各级医院逐渐普及,越来越多的患者检测出肺结节,这些结节中既有单发性肺结节,也有多发性肺结节。现有的肺结节管理指南主要针对的是单发性肺结节,目前尚无专门针对多发性肺结节评估、管理的指南。本文将对国内、外多发性肺结节的评估以及管理进展进行综述。

With the continuous development of society,the chest computed tomography is becoming more and more popular in hospitals of all levels.Pulmonary nodules,including solitary pulmonary nodules and multiple pulmonary nodules,are detected in more and more patients.At present,guidelines for management of pulmonary nodules are mainly aimed to solitary pulmonary nodules.There are no guidelines for the evaluation and management of multiple pulmonary nodules.This article will review the progress of evaluation and management of multiple pulmonary nodules at home and abroad.
