当前数字媒体技术专业人才培养及课程体系滞后于行业实际发展水平。在服务产业转型升级背景下,以数字媒体技术发展对从业者专业知识和实践能力的要求为前提,从基本技能、知识技能、综合技能、创新技能、创业技能五个维度分析数媒专业创新创业人才培养所需的关键职业能力,以工作过程系统化课程模式为数媒专业课程体系构建原则和指导思想,构建双课堂式的数媒专业创新创业梯级课程体系,可以培养具有创新创业精神的数字媒体技术技能型人才。

The current digital media technology professional personnel training and curriculum system lag behind the actual development level of the industry.Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of service industry,based on the requirements of digital media technology development on the professional knowledge and practical ability of practitioners,this paper analyzes the key professional abilities required for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of digital media major from five dimensions,such as basic skills,knowledge skills,comprehensive skills,innovation skills and entrepreneurial skills and taking the working process systematized curriculum mode as the construction principle as well as guiding ideology of the curriculum system of digital media major to build a double classroom innovation and entrepreneurship cascade curriculum system of digital media major,which can cultivate technical skilled personnel with innovation and entrepreneurship spirit.
