“三全育人”视域下促进后疫情时期高校就业工作“六为工作法”初探

就业是最大的民生工程、民心工程、根基工程。后疫情时期高校毕业生就业工作有新形势、新变化和新要求,为应对当前高校就业工作新形势,本文基于"三全育人"理念,从搭建全员参与促进就业模式、强化全员思想引领、优化全过程就业服务平台、补齐全过程就业帮扶短板、营造全方位就业氛围、完善全方位就业队伍建设六个维度,开展高校大学生就业工作实践与探索,希望对促进后疫情时期高校开展就业工作提供借鉴。

Employment is the largest livelihood project,popular support project,and foundation project.In the post-epidemic period,there have been new situations,new changes and new requirements in the employment of college graduates.In order to cope with the current new situation of college employment,this article is based on the concept of"three holistic education",from establishing a full participation and promoting employment model,and strengthening all employees.Ideological guidance,optimization of the whole-process employment service platform,complementing the complete process of employment assistance shortcomings,creating an all-round employment atmosphere,and improving the six dimensions of all-round employment team construction.Carrying out the practice and exploration of employment work for college students,hoping to promote the post-epidemic epidemic in universities During the period,colleges and universities provided reference for employment work.
