碳达峰、碳中和是我国实现可持续发展、高质量发展的内在要求。促进和发展ESG投资是"30·60"战略部署下绿色金融工作的重要方向,是引导和动员更多国内和国际私人资本支持碳达峰、碳中和工作的重要抓手。本文旨在挖掘制约ESG投资发展的核心因素,从症结出发,深度审视国际ESG投资市场面临的问题,以求为我国ESG市场发展提供支持。

Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are fundamental requirements for China to achieve sustainable and high-quality development. The promotion and development of ESG(environmental, social and governance) investment is an important component of green finance under what is known as the 30·60 strategy, and it provides critical guidance in mobilizing domestic and international private capital towards carbon neutrality. The purpose of this paper is to explore the key challenges that restrict the development of the international ESG market, and thereby provide valuable direction for the domestic ESG market.
