摘要
在100 km/h中低速磁浮列车牵引主电抗器的基础上,采用降低电感值的方法,实现了160 km/h快速磁浮列车牵引主电抗器的轻量化设计目标。文章对牵引主电抗器的主回路和等效滤波回路进行了轻量化理论研究,并对其主回路预充电与供电突变、控制暂态过程、谐波特性等进行了仿真分析,结果表明降低电感值不会影响列车的牵引控制效果和谐波特性,并通过装车试验进行了验证。
On the basis of the 100 km/h medium and low speed maglev train traction main reactor, the method of reducing the inductance value is adopted to achieve the design target of the 160 km/h fast maglev train traction main reactor lightweight. This paper expounds the theoretical research on the lightweight of main circuit and equivalent filter circuit of traction main reactor, and the precharge and power supply mutation of main circuit,control transient process and harmonic characteristics are simulated and analyzed. The results show that reducing the inductance value will not affect the traction control effect and the harmonic characteristic of the train. The effectiveness of the method of reducing inductance value verified by loading test.
