活性氧化镁降低钼酸铵溶液中氟含量的研究

摘要 对比了硫酸镁、活性氧化镁、活性氧化铝、硫酸铝等不同的镁盐和铝盐在钼酸铵溶液中的除氟效果,确定采用活性氧化镁作为去除钼酸铵溶液中氟离子的试剂。重点研究了反应温度、氧化镁加入量、反应时间和溶液pH值对活性氧化镁除氟的影响。结果表明,在溶液pH值7~7.5、反应温度60℃、氧化镁加入量为氟含量的2.5倍、搅拌反应1 h条件下,钼酸铵溶液中氟含量可下降90%以上。 The fluorine removal effects from ammonium molybdate solution by different magnesium salts and aluminum salts such as magnesium sulfate, active magnesium oxide, active alumina and aluminum sulfate were compared.And active magnesium oxide is determined to be the reagent for removing fluoride ions from ammonium molybdate solution.The effects of reaction temperature, addition amount of magnesium oxide, reaction time and solution pH on fluorine removal by active magnesium oxide were emphatically investigated.The results show that the fluorine content in ammonium molybdate solution can be reduced by more than 90% under the conditions as follows: solution pH of 7~7.5,reaction temperature of 60 ℃,magnesium oxide addition amount of 2.5 times the fluorine content, and stirring reaction time of 1 h.
