摘要 以六水合硝酸镧、六水合硝酸镁、硼酸为原料,甘氨酸为燃烧剂,通过微波辅助燃烧法制备了LaMgB_(5)O_(10)发光基质材料。采用XRD、SEM、XPS手段分析了产物的晶粒尺寸、形貌、化学元素组成及价态。实验结果表明,在原料La(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O、Mg(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O、H_(3)BO_(3)摩尔比为1∶1∶6,样品微波处理功率为550 W,晶化温度为600℃,晶化时间为4 h的条件下,制备出的LaMgB_(5)O_(10)发光基质材料晶体结构最好。 Using lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate,magnesium nitrate hexahydrate and boric acid as the raw materials and glycine as the combustion agent,LaMgB_(5)O_(10) luminescent matrix material was prepared by microwave-assisted combustion method.The grain size,morphology,chemical element composition and valence state of the product were analyzed by XRD,SEM and XPS.The experimental results show that the prepared luminescent matrix material LaMgB_(5)O_(10) has the best crystal structure when the molar ratio of La(NO_(3))_(3)·6 H_(2)O,Mg(NO_(3))_(2)·6 H_(2)O and H_(3)BO_(3)is 1∶1∶6,the microwave power is 550 W,the crystallization temperature is 600℃and the crystallization time is 4 h.
