随着腔镜技术的发展与经验的积累,完全腹腔镜全胃切除术(TLTG)也逐步地被推广应用。其中,全腔镜下食管空肠吻合难度高,是该手术中最大的挑战。越来越多的医师在为寻找更为合适的吻合方式而努力探索着,到目前为止已出现了多种食管空肠吻合方式,并且在被不断改进。文章旨在综述目前较为常见的腹腔镜食管空肠吻合技术要点及陷阱。

With the development of laparoscopic technology and the accumulation of experience,total laparoscopic total gastrectomy has been gradually popularized and applied.Among them,laparoscopic esophagojejunostomy is the biggest challenge in this surgery because of its high difficulty.More and more surgeons have been trying to find a more feasible anastomosis method.So far,there have been many kinds of esophagojejunostomy,and they are constantly being improved.The purpose of this article is to review the technical tips and pitfalls of common laparoscopic esophagojejunostomy.
