摘要
本文基于QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS建立牛肉中多类农兽药残留快速检测方法。实验通过柠檬酸缓冲液-乙腈混合液提取样品,提取液经QuEChERS法净化,样液在多反应监测模式(MRM)下进行定性、定量分析。结果表明,56种目标物在1~100ng/mL基质曲线范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数在0.9916~0.9999之间。方法回收添加平均回收率为63.4%~118%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~20.6%(n=6)。本文建立的多类农兽药残留检测方法操作简单快捷,且实验得到的灵敏度、准确度和精密度能够满足多类别残留分析的要求,适用于牛肉中多类别农兽药残留的检测分析。
Based on QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS,this paper established a rapid detection technology for multiple pesticide and veterinary drug residues in beef.Samples were extracted by mixture of citric acid buffer and acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS method,and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in multiple response monitoring mode(MRM).The results showed that 56 targets had good linear relationship in the range of 1-100 ng/mL matrix curve,and the linear correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9916 to 0.9999.The average recoveries were from 63.4%to 118%with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 1.7%to 20.6%(n=6).In this paper,the detection technology of multi-category pesticide and veterinary drug residue established is simple and fast,the sensitivity,accuracy and precision obtained by the experiment meet the requirements of multi-category residue analysis,which can be used for the determination of multiple pesticide and veterinary drug residues in beef.
