快锻压机主泵供液系统仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 快速锻造液压机是锻造生产的重要设备之一。结合实际应用,针对快锻压机工作时主泵变量出现瞬时压力突降造成主泵停止工作的现象,运用AMESim液压系统仿真技术,着重分析出现该现象的原因。结果表明:提高持压阀响应速度、增加供液泵流量或增大主泵投泵间隔时间可以减小压力突降幅度,避免主泵因为进口压力过低而停止工作。为快锻压机液压系统设计提供依据,以实现对快锻压机主泵供液系统的快速、精确和稳定控制。 The fast forging hydraulic press is one of the important equipment in forging production.The hydraulic system is a high-power system with high pressure and large flow,which has the characteristics of large load disturbance,large inertia and large system impact[1].Aiming at the phenomenon that the main pump stop working due to the instantaneous pressure drop when the main pump variable during the fast forging press is working,this paper analyzes the reason of the phenomenon by using Amesim hydraulic system simulation technology and combined with practical application.The results show that increasing the response speed of the pressure holding valve,increasing the flow rate of the liquid supply pump or increasing the main pump starting interval can reduce the pressure drop amplitude,and avoid the main pump to stop working due to the instantaneous pressure drop.It provides a basis for the design of the hydraulic system of the fast forging press,so as to realize the fast,accurate and stable control of the liquid supply system of the main pump for the fast forging press.
