Silicone structural sealant has the characteristics of high modulus,high strength and elasticity.It can bear large load and has excellent aging stability.It is mostly used for structural assembly bonding of glass curtain wall.However,in practical engineering,factors such as product quality,non-standard use and construction conditions will produce a series of problems affecting the safety of glass curtain wall.This paper analyzes the common problems in the application of silicone structural sealant,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
