Application of New Air-tight Materials in Exterior Wall Engineering of Wuhan Hongsheng International Plaza Project

建筑幕墙系统的气密性是保障其节能效率和维持系统可靠的重要因素。传统建筑幕墙的防护层系统,如铝箔以及贴面类防护层、防水镀锌板或铝板,均存在一定的功能缺点或应用不便。本文以武汉市红升国际广场项目为例,介绍了新型气密性材料特卫强防水透汽膜和隔汽膜在幕墙工程中的应用技术,重点论述了材料的特点和施工工艺。

The air tightness of building curtain wall system is an important factor to ensure its energy-saving efficiency and maintain the reliability of the system.The protective layer system of traditional building curtain wall,such as aluminum foil and veneer protective layer,waterproofing galvanized plate or aluminum plate,all has certain functional shortcomings or inconvenient application.Taking Wuhan Hongsheng International Plaza project as an example,this paper introduces the application technology of new air-tight materials Tyvek vapor permeable waterproofing membrane and vapor barrier membrane in curtain wall engineering,and focuses on the characteristics of the materials and construction technology.
