摘要
整体道床铁路隧道道床板上拱是影响列车安全运营的主要因素之一,开展道床板上拱原因分析、整治方案设计是确保隧道健康服役的关键。从区域地质构造、围岩特性、防排水情况及隧道设计方案合理性、施工质量等方面开展了病害成因分析,并提出了"疏水排水+注浆加固+绳锯切割"的综合整治方案。以某特长重载铁路隧道4处道床板上拱病害整治工程为例,介绍方案实施要点及关键参数,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Upwarp on the slabs of railway tunnels with monolithic track bed is one of the main factors affecting the safe operation of trains.Cause analysis and regulation scheme design are critical to ensuring the healthy service of tunnels.This paper analyzes the causes of diseases from the aspects of regional geology structure,surrounding rock characteristics,waterproofness and drainability,rationality of tunnel design scheme and construction quality,etc.,and puts forward a comprehensive treatment scheme of“dredging and drainage+grouting for reinforcement+cutting with wire saw”.Taking the treatment works of upwarp disease on four slabs in a super-long and heavy haul railway tunnel as an example,this paper introduces the key points and key parameters of the scheme,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
