摘要
现有尿素造粒塔尾气处理技术以湿式洗涤工艺为主,存在粉尘排放难达标、烟气拖尾等问题,难以满足日趋严格的环保要求。文章以山东某尿素造粒塔改造项目配套的袋式除尘器为例,从出口粉尘排放浓度、系统阻力、落料温度三个方面说明其应用效果,测试结果表明:袋式除尘器出口浓度≤5mg/m^(3),系统阻力维持在1250Pa上下,落料温度可控制在65℃以内。
Existing urea prilling tower tail gas treatment technology is mainly based on the wet scrubbing technology,which has problems such as unattainable emission standards and tailing of flue gas,so it is difficult to meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements.The paper took the bag filter of a urea prilling tower transformation project in Shandong Province as an example to illustrate its application effect from three aspects:dust emission concentration at the outlet,system resistance and blanking temperature.The test results showed that the outlet concentration of bag filter was≤5mg/m^(3),the system resistance was maintained at about 1,250Pa,and the blanking temperature could be controlled below 65°C.
