某工业集中区污水处理厂一期提标改造工程工艺设计

Process Design of the Phase Ⅰ Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Sewage Treatment Plant in an Industrial Concentration Area

摘要 某精细化工工业集中区污水处理厂一期提标改造工程处理规模为300m^(3)/d,采用A池/PACT池+芬顿催化氧化器+滤布滤池+接触消毒池工艺处理集中区企业的纳管综合废水。文章简要介绍了该工程的设计进、出水水质、工艺流程、主要工艺参数和设计结果。 The treatment capacity of sewage treatment plant in an industrial concentration area of fine chemicals was 300m^(3)/d after its Phase I upgrading and reconstruction project.The process of"A tank/PACT tank+Fenton's catalytic oxidizer+cloth filter+contact disinfection tank"was used to treat the comprehensive wastewater from enterprises in the concentration area.This paper briefly introduced the design water quality,the determination of process flow,the selection of main process parameters and the design results of the project.
