摘要
文章通过试验验证了电渗析的离子去除率和迁移率,结果表明:随着脱盐率的升高,离子去除速率从大到小依次为v(Cl^(-))>v(NO_(3)^(-))>v(SO_(4)^(2-)),同一脱盐率下离子去除率从大到小依次为η(NO_(3)-)>η(Cl-)>η(SO_(4)^(2-)),脱盐率为69.7%时对一价和二价阴离子的分离效果最好;系统稳定后,NH_(4)^(+)和COD的平均去除率分别为68.4%和63.8%,平均SiO_(2)迁移率仅为4.7%,表明SiO2在电渗析中几乎不发生迁移。
In this paper,the ion removal rate and migration rate of electrodialysis were verified by experiments.The results show that with the increase of desalination rate,the speed of the increase of ion removal rate(ion removal speed)is v(Cl^(-))>v(NO_(3)^(-))>v(SO_(4)^(2-)),while under the same desalination rate,the ion removal rate isη(NO_(3)^(-))>η(Cl^(-))>η(SO_(4)^(2-)),and the separation effect of monovalent and divalent anions is the best when the desalination rate is 69.7%;after the system is stable,the average removal rates of NH_(4)^(+)and COD are 68.4%and 63.8%respectively,while the average migration rate of SiO_(2) is only 4.7%,which indicating that SiO2 hardly migrates in electrodialysis.
