摘要
以Cu(Ⅱ)去除率和絮凝剂产率为考察目标,制备了壳聚糖基重金属捕集磁性絮凝剂(MC-g-PAM),通过单因素实验考察了单体含量、总单体浓度、光引发剂浓度、反应时间对实验结果的影响,确定了2种絮凝剂的最佳制备条件。MC-g-PAM最佳合成条件:丙烯酰胺(AM)质量分数为60%、总单体质量分数为35%、光引发剂质量分数为0.04%、反应时间为1.5 h,此时铜(Ⅱ)去除率为83.52%,产率为72.94%。MC-g-PAM因其优良的絮凝螯合性能使其在重金属废水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。
Taking Cu(Ⅱ) removal rate and flocculant yield as the target indicators,chitosan-based heavy metal trapping magnetic flocculant(MC-g-PAM) was prepared.Single factor experiments were used to investigate monomer content,total monomer concentration,photoinitiator concentration and reaction time,and the best preparation conditions for the two flocculants were determined.The best synthesis conditions were:Mass fraction of MC-g-PAM was 60%,mass fraction of total monomer was 35%,mass fraction of photoinitiator was 0.04%,and reaction time was 1.5 h.At this time,the removal rate of Cu^(2+)and the production yield were 83.52% and 72.94%,respectively.MC-g-PAM had good application prospect in the field of heavy metal wastewater treatment because of its excellent flocculation and chelating properties.
