摘要
本文简述某铜冶炼公司铜冶炼烟气制酸净化污酸中铜、铼的回收试验。通过实验室小试、中试及工业化试验,主体工艺采用硫代硫酸盐化学沉淀,实现了铜冶炼污酸中铜、铼的高效回收,提高了冶炼系统有价金属的综合回收率。
This article briefly describes the recovery test of copper and rhenium in the sulphuric acid purification of waste acid from copper smelting flue gas of a copper smelting company.Through laboratory tests,pilot tests and industrialization tests,the main process adopts thiosulfate chemical precipitation,which realizes the efficient recovery of copper and rhenium in the waste acid of copper smelting,and improves the comprehensive recovery rate of valuable metals in the smelting system.
