南非西北省铂金矿的选矿工艺研究

摘要 针对南非西北省Merensky和UG2两种典型的铂金矿种的矿物特性,分别开展了Merensky,UG2以及混合矿对比试验研究。最终确定了Merensky和UG2最佳的混矿比例为9:1,采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别的工艺最终获得了铂金矿品位109g/t,回收率89%的指标,为实际生产提供了依据和指导。 According to the mineral characteristics of two typical platinum minerals Merensky and UG2 in northwest province of South Africa,the comparative experimental studies of Merensky,UG2 and mixed minerals were carried out respectively.Finally,the optimum mixing ratio of Merensky and UG2 is determined to be 9:1.The stage grinding stage separation process is adopted,and the index of platinum gold ore grade of 109G/T and recovery of 89%is finally obtained,which provides basis and guidance for actual production.
