摘要
在铜冶炼项目中,根据冶炼工艺要求需要富氧熔炼,文章分析为冶炼项目配套建设深冷制氧用的空气压缩机12400KW电机启动过程仿真,结合冶炼项目总降压变电站的系统参数整定的继电保护值。保证空压机电机安全可靠的完成启动,减小对工厂配电系统的影响。
In the copper smelting project,oxygen-rich smelting is required according to the requirements of the smelting process.This article analyzes the simulation of the start-up process of the air compressor 12400KW induction motor for deep-cooled oxygen production in the copper smelting project,and combines the system parameters of the total voltagerelief.It ensure the safy and reliable start-up of the air compressor motor and reduce the impact on the power distribution system of the factory.
