摘要
金属结构是用来安装和布置驱动装置以及安装结构、承受自重载荷和各种外载荷,并将这些载荷传递到起重机械的支撑基础。金属结构件起着骨架作用,决定结构形式。单一的金属结构件只能起部分作用,只有在组装和焊接的基础上才能进一步被有效利用。本文对金属结构件组装和焊接的情况及其过程中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施。
Metal structure is used to install and arrange the driving device and installation structure,bear self weight load and various external loads,and transfer these loads to the support foundation of hoisting machinery.Metal structural parts play the role of skeleton and determine the structural form.A single metal structure can only play a partial role,and can be further effectively used only on the basis of assembly and welding.This paper analyzes the assembly and welding of metal structural parts and the problems encountered in the process,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
