Through the research on the calculation principle of the diameter before the rolling of involute spline,this paper deduces the calculation process of the involute spline diameter before rolling based on the generating method and the area method of calculus.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the two methods and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement.According to the theoretical formula,the diameter of involute spline before rolling can obtain more accurate finished parts and provide reliable theoretical calculation basis for the design of rolling wheel.
