试论重大疫情下小学生心理健康水平的提升策略 被引量:1

摘要 2020年疫情的到来,打破了小学生的学习节奏,小学生的心理健康状态会因学校关闭、隔离和防护制度而受到影响,如认知出现偏差、安全感缺失、对学习生活秩序恢复的焦虑、人际交往不适、内外化行为问题等。随着疫情得到初步控制,学生返校学习。疫情下,作为班主任、副班主任及任课老师,需要与家长保持紧密联系,从班级的日常管理与教学来提升小学生的心理健康水平。具体从五个方面进行:做好教师心理防护,常态化"心理防疫";强化宣传,提升小学生心理安全感;因势利导,培养小学生的担当意识;规律作息,形成劳逸结合与多元发展;多元化互动,扩展交际的正能量效应。 The arrival of COVID-19 in 2019 broke the rhythm of learning for primary school students.The mental health of primary school students was affected by school closure,isolation and protection system,and some students were showing cognitive bias,lack of security,interpersonal discomfort,behavioral problems and so on.With the initial control of the epidemic,primary school students returned to school.In the post-epidemic era,as head teachers,deputy head teachers and teachers,they need to keep closely contact with parents to improve the mental health level of primary school students from the daily management and teaching of the class.Specifically,it was carried out from five aspects:Do well in teachers’mental health protection and strengthen the normalization of psychological prevention of"epidemic";Strengthen publicity and enhance the sense of psychological security of primary school students;Make good use of the situation and cultivate the sense of responsibility of primary school students;Keep regular work and rest,and achieve diversified development;Multiple interactions to realize the communicative influence of positive energy.
