大学生法治思维偏差及其教育对策探析

Analysis of the Deviation of College Students’ Legal Thinking and Its Educational Countermeasures

近年来,高校发生的一些违法犯罪事件暴露出大学生法治教育不足、法治素养缺失、法治思维存在偏差。其现状主要为:法治信仰薄弱、法治认知偏颇、法治实践不足。高校法治教育体系缺失、课程教学方法亟待改进、社会不良现象影响以及大学生自身问题是导致当前高校大学生出现法治思维偏差的主要因素。可以从优化法治教育校园环境、改进法治教育方法、拓展法治教育路径和发挥法治教育合力几个方面来纠正大学生法治思维偏差,提升高校法治教育实效。

In recent years,the frequent illegal and criminal incidents in colleges and universities have exposed the lack of legal education,the lack of legal literacy and the deviation of legal thinking of college students.The current situation mainly includes:weak belief,biased cognition and insufficient practice of the rule of law.The lack of legal education system in colleges and universities,the urgent need to improve the curriculum teaching methods,the impact of adverse social phenomena and college students’own problems are the main factors leading to the deviation of legal thinking of college students.We can correct the deviation of legal thinking of college students and improve the effectiveness of legal education from the aspects of optimizing the campus environment of legal education,improving the methods of legal education,expanding the path of legal education and giving full play to the joint force of legal education.
