乡村振兴背景下基层物流人才培养的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Logistics Talents Training at the Grass-roots Level under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略在经济稳步发展中有序开展。全面脱贫攻坚完成之后的任务是乡村振兴能够取得进展,并且要基本实现农业乡村现代化;。发展乡村物流是乡村现代化的关键,以便让农村的供需及时有效畅通地运进来送出去,将农村效益最大程度变现。若要农村物流迅速且健全地发展,人才的引进与培养是基础与关键。文中对农村物流现状、基层物流人员现状以及农村物流人才培养方案进行研究,为培养农村物流人才,促进乡村物流的发展提供理论依据。

The strategy of rural revitalization is carried out in an orderly manner under the steady development of the economy. The task after the completion of the comprehensive poverty eradication is to make progress in rural revitalization and to achieve the basic modernization of agricultural villages. The development of rural logistics is the key to rural modernization,so that the rural supply and demand can flow in and out timely,effectively and smoothly,and the maximization of rural benefits can be realized. For the rapid and sound development of rural logistics,the introduction and training of talents is the foundation and key.This paper studies the current situation of rural logistics,the status of grass-roots logistics personnel and the training scheme of rural logistics personnel,so as to provide theoretical basis for training rural logistics talents and promoting the development of rural logistics.
