摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,互联网的运用也越来越广泛,网络购物的消费者数量、次数也随之不断增加,电商行业逐渐形成了一种以消费者为中心的消费模式,即C2B模式。文中主要研究C2B定制化生产形式,首先,对C2B供应链模式进行阐述,然后明确了定制化生产与传统供应链模式的不同。最后,使用SWOT分析法对聚定制平台进行分析,研究其在运营发展、生产销售等过程中的优势、劣势以及未来发展将面临的机遇与威胁,并根据其自身的实际情况制定出符合自身发展的物流体系。
With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the use of the Internet has become more and more widespread,and the number of consumers and frequency of shopping online have also continued to increase. The e-commerce industry has gradually formed a consumer-centric consumption mode,namely C2B mode. This article mainly studies the form of C2B customized production. Firstly,the C2B supply chain mode is explained,and then the difference between customized production and the traditional supply chain mode is clarified. Secondly,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the Ju customized platform,study its advantages and disadvantages in the process of operation development,production and sales,and opportunities and threats that it will face in the future. Finally,according to the actual situation of the company,a logistics system in line with its own development can be formulated.
