Financial Analysis of Logistics Enterprises Based on Harvard Analytical Framework——Taking SF Express as an Example

运用哈佛分析框架,依据顺丰控股股份有限公司2016-2020年的财务报表,对其从战略、会计、财务以及前景四个方面进行分析。通过分析结合顺丰实际,提出顺丰进一步发展的优化建议。

Based on the financial statements of S. F. Holding Co.,Ltd. from 2016 to 2020,this paper uses Harvard analytical framework to make an analysis from four aspects of strategy,accounting,finance and prospect. Based on the analysis and the actual situation of SF Express,the optimization suggestions for further development of SF Express are put forward.
