Heat medium pipeline is a very important process pipeline in polyester engineering.Its construction and installation quality will directly affect the normal production and product quality of polyester engineering.This paper introduces the working process of liquid phase heat medium system,and analyzes some key design points;Such as heat medium expansion tank,arrangement and discussion of gas separator,exhaust pipe and thermowell in pipeline.It is pointed out that the design of heat medium circulation system in polyester plant should be strictly in accordance with the requirements to ensure the normal operation of polyester plant and spinning plant.
