芳烃装置加热炉高效运行改造及优化

摘要 某炼油厂芳烃联合装置4台加热炉16F01A/B、18F01、15F01,合计102.99 MW,4台加热炉共用1台余热回收系统16F03。在芳烃联合装置中,加热炉燃料消耗约占整个能耗的39.4%,为了降低芳烃联合装置能耗;在大检修期间对加热炉进行部分改造,项目实施后,芳烃加热炉经过装置开工优化,加热炉效率由91.8%提升到92.8%,测算节省燃料0.6 t/h,电消耗年节省619920 kW·h,创造经济效益895.5万元/a。 Four heating furnaces 16F01A/B,18F01,15F01 in A refinery aromatics combined unit,Total 102.99Mw,four heating furnaces share one heat recovery system 16F03.In the aromatics combination unit,the fuel consumption of furnace is about 39.4%of the total energy consumption.During the overhaul,the heating furnace was partially reconstructed.Through the optimization of starting operation of aromatics heating furnace,the efficiency of heating furnace was raised to 92.8%,fuel was saved 0.6t/h,electricity consumption was saved 619,920 kW·h,and the economic benefit was 8.955 million yuan/a.
