一体钉的研制与开发

摘要 通过对一体钉的整体结构设计、射钉发射药柱的配方设计、制药及装配工艺设计,研制了一种一体钉。根据GB 19914-2005《射钉弹》的各项性能指标要求,对一体钉进行了相应的试验使其符合要求。研究表明:该一体钉的结构更加简单、药剂更加安全;药剂中取消了击发药,用民用硝化棉代替军用硝化棉,无有毒有害气体产生,提高了产品安全性与环保性;与传统含击发药铜壳射钉弹相比更具有先进性与可靠性,在紧固器材领域得到了用户的一致认可和广泛好评。 Through the design of the overall structure design with integrated fastener,the formula design of propellant column,pharmacy and assembly process design,a integrated fastener was developed.According to GB 19914-2005 Powder load,each performance index requirements,has carried on the corresponding to integrated fastener test to make it conform to the requirements.The research shows that the structure of the integrated fastener is simpler and the drug is safer;The firing agent is canceled in the agent,and the civil nitrocotton is used instead of the military nitrocotton.There is no toxic and harmful gas,which improves the safety and environmental protection of the product;Compared with the traditional shot gun with percussion shells,it has advanced and reliable performance.It has been recognized and widely praised by users in the field of fastening equipment.
