高空作业平台精准化配送浅析

Analysis on Precise Distribution of Aerial Work Platform

本文以提高高空作业平台产品生产、配送效率为出发点,以新MES项目的物流配送模块开发为平台,细化工艺BOM,针对每一类产品的装配工艺流程,设计出更能够指导生产和物流配送的配盘BOM,形成配盘BOM与MES生产系统配盘模块相关联,实现更便捷的取料方式和更高效的装配作业,减少库存,实现精准配送。

In this paper,taking improving the production and distribution efficiency of aerial work platform products as the starting point,and taking the development of the logistics distribution module of the new MES project as the platform,refines the process BOM,and designs the distribution BOM that can better guide production and logistics distribution according to the assembly process of each type of products,forming the connection between the distribution BOM and the distribution module of MES production system,to realize more convenient picking method and more efficient assembly operation,reduce inventory and realize accurate distribution.
