极端降雨下水系区域的汇流机制及优化设计分析探讨

摘要 海绵城市是指像海绵一样,在适应环境变化和应对自然灾害方面具有良好“弹性”的城市,也可称为“水弹性城市”。在海绵城市建设中,应协调自然降水、地表水和地下水的系统化,协调给水排水等水循环的所有环节,并考虑其复杂性和长期性。虽然海绵城市是基于低影响发展等现有理念,中国城市水问题处理也有长期的技术积累,但由于中国城市水问题的复杂性,海绵城市的建设涉及多个不同的行业和领域,在海绵城市的推广和建设中必然会遇到各种技术问题。对于在设计中如何合理地因地制宜组合低影响开发措施直接影响到海绵城市的建设效果,本文从极端降雨下水系区域的汇流机制及优化设计等方面进行了阐述,通过分析指出了目前海绵城市建设的局限性,为今后海绵城市建设的发展方向提供思路。 Sponge city refers to a city that,like a sponge,has good"elasticity"in adapting to environmental changes and responding to natural disasters.It can also be called"water elastic city".In the construction of sponge city,the systematization of natural precipitation,surface water and groundwater,all links of water cycle such as water supply and drainage should be coordinated.What is more,its complexity and long-term nature should be considered.Although sponge city is based on existing concepts such as low impact development,and China's urban water problem treatment also has long-term technical accumulation,due to the complexity of China's urban water problem,the construction of sponge city involves many different industries and fields,and various technical problems are bound to be encountered in the promotion and construction of sponge city.As for how to reasonably combine low impact development measures according to local conditions in the design,which directly affects the construction effect of sponge city,this paper expounds the confluence mechanism and optimal design of water system area under extreme rainfall,points out the limitations of current sponge city construction through analysis,and provides ideas for the development direction of sponge city construction in the future.
