A New Type of Antifreeze Dosing Device for Sewage Treatment and Its Electrical Control Design

污水处理过程中不可避免地需要投加一定量的化学处理药剂,投加过程需要有一套专用的加药装置配合整个污水处理系统进行协调工作,以往简单的继电器联动控制的精度及准确度还需要进一步加强,且北方地区还需要具有防冻功能,因此本文介绍了一款自行设计开发的基于PLC+触摸显示屏的新型防冻型加药装置及其电气控制自动化的实现。

It is inevitable to add a certain amount of chemical treatment agent in the process of sewage treatment.A set of special dosing device is required to cooperate with the sewage treatment system.The accuracy of the device should be improved.In addition,the insulated function of the device also should be considered in the northern area of China.Therefore,a new antifreeze dosing device with PLC+touch panel and automation control was designed.
