基于倾斜摄影和GIS建模的管网三维数字管理系统实现

摘要 地下管网稳定的运行状态保证了城市基础资源的流通和人们的正常生活,对地下管网的建设现状和管理运行状态及时了解和把控尤为重要。由于地下管网的分布范围大且埋于地下,使得管网的探查和维护不是那么便捷,传统的二维管网管理无法表达管网之间错综复杂的空间关系。而随着三维GIS逐渐成为GIS领域的发展方向之一,人们发现它比二维GIS更能够体现空间对象的几何特征和分布特征,能够将复杂的地理空间对象以简单明了的方式呈现给用户。本文以河北省某市二、三维一体化数字城市管网系统建设项目为工程背景,探讨了管网二、三维一体化数字管理系统的实现方法。 The stable operation state of underground pipe network ensures the circulation of urban basic resources and people's normal life.It is particularly important to timely understand and control the construction status and management operation state of underground pipe network.Because the underground pipe network is distributed widely and buried underground,the exploration and maintenance of pipe network is not convenient.The traditional two-dimensional pipe network management can not express the complex spatial relationship between pipe networks.As 3D GIS has gradually become one of the development directions in the field of GIS,people found that it can better reflect the geometric and distribution characteristics of spatial objects than 2D GIS,and can present complex geospatial objects to users in a simple and clear way.Based on the construction project of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated digital urban pipe network system in some cities,this paper discusses the implementation method of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated digital management system of pipe network.
