基于协同创新的轨道交通车辆专业研究生培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Graduate Students Majoring in Rail Transit Vehicles Based on Collaborative Innovation

本文针对轨道交通车辆专业研究生的培养模式,基于协同创新的核心思想,构建“学科核心—学科交叉—系统集成—创新实践”的课程体系,提出“学术带头人+科研骨干+企业导师”等具有不同学科背景的导师团队集体指导模式,搭建“培养资源管理—培养管理组织—培养实现过程—培养质量的监控和保证”多元化的培养质量管理与评估体系。本文通过对轨道交通车辆专业研究生课程体系、指导模式和质量评估的研究,为轨道交通车辆专业研究生培养的新型模式提供参考。

In view of the training mode of graduate students majoring in rail transit vehicles,based on the core idea of collaborative innovation,the curriculum system of"discipline core-discipline intersecting-system integration-innovative practice"is constructed.The collective guidance model of obvious mentor teams with different disciplinary backgrounds of"academic leaders+scientific research backbone+corporate mentors"is presented.A diversified training quality management and evaluation system of"cultivation resource management-cultivation management organization-cultivation realization process-monitoring and guarantee of cultivation quality"is built.Through the research on the postgraduate course system,instruction mode and quality evaluation of rail transit vehicle major,it provides a reference for the new model of rail transit vehicle major graduate student training.
