Analysis of Patent Status of Wearable Medical Devices

本文通过对国内可穿戴医疗设备的专利申请情况、国外来华的专利布局、可穿戴医疗设备专利分布情况、技术发展情况进行研究,分析了目前可穿戴医疗设备的专利申请现状,并通过对主要申请人进行分析,快速地了解在可穿戴医疗设备中的主要竞争对手,与此同时,梳理了可穿戴医疗设备的技术发展路线,明晰其技术发展路径,并合理预测了可穿戴医疗设备的未来发展方向。

By analyzing the patent applications of domestic wearable medical devices,the patent layout of foreign countries in China,the patent distribution of wearable medical devices and the technological development,this paper analyzes the current patent application status of wearable medical devices.And by analyzing the main applicants,we can quickly understand the main competitors in wearable medical devices.At the same time,we combed the technical development route of wearable medical devices,clarified its technical development path,and reasonably predicted the future development direction of wearable medical devices.
