摘要
模块化的施工方式是将建筑物分割成若干个独立的模块构件,分别在工厂进行预制,完成后运输至建筑施工现场组合,形成最终的整体。在大型结构构件的预制过程中会产生不可避免的偏差,构件的组合过程中,预制偏差可能导致各构件间连接部位无法配合,需要现场进行调整,影响工期,增加成本。本文主要论述一种施工方法,即采用先进的三维激光扫描技术,获取构件本体和安装位置的三维点云模型,用以建立实体三维模型,通过模型进行模拟安装推演及结构干涉检测,可以科学地预判出风险部位,提前拿出最佳的解决方案指导现场处理,最终实现构件的一次性精准安装。通过使用此方法,能够有效压缩构件吊装、调整、处理工期,降低施工风险,提高施工质量。
The modular construction method is to divide the building into several independent module components,prefabricate them in the factory,and then transport them to the construction site for combination to form the final whole.In the combination process of components,prefabrication deviation may lead to the failure of connection parts between components,which requires on-site adjustment,affecting the construction period and increasing the cost.This paper mainly discusses a construction method,that is,the advanced three-dimensional laser scanning technology is used to obtain the three-dimensional point cloud model of the component body and installation position,so as to establish the solid three-dimensional model.Through the simulation installation deduction and structural interference detection of the model,the risk position can be scientifically predicted,and the best solution can be put forward in advance to guide the on-site treatment,Finally,the one-time accurate installation of components is realized.By using this method,the component hoisting,adjustment and treatment period can be effectively compressed,the construction risk can be reduced and the construction quality can be improved.
