摘要
本文描述了舱段测控系统的设计需求,从系统布置、系统原理设计、系统硬件设计、系统软件设计等方面详细描述了舱段测控系统的设计过程。测控软件采用LabVIEW进行编写。本文重点描述了软件框架的构建过程。在测量信号种类较多,各采集信号要求的采集速度不同,兼有并行任务的背景下,通过不断地优化软件框架,解决了数据采集、控制、多任务并行等软件问题,从而较好地完成了整个舱段测控系统的设计。优化后的软件能正常稳定运行,完成了采集、控制、RS422全双工通信等任务,并通过实际试验过程验证了整个系统的可靠性。
In this paper,the design requirements of cabin measurement and control system are described.The design process of cabin measurement and control system is described in detail from the aspects of system layout,system principle design,system hardware design and system software design.The measurement and control software is written in LabVIEW.It mainly focuses on the construction process of software framework.Under the background of many kinds of measurement signals,different acquisition speeds required by each acquisition signal and parallel tasks,the software problems such as data acquisition,control and multi-task parallel are solved by continuously optimizing the software framework,so as to better complete the design of the whole cabin measurement and control system.The optimized software can run normally and stably,complete the tasks of acquisition,control and RS422 full duplex communication,and verify the reliability of the whole system through the actual test process.
