专用性投资视角的产学研合作创新项目绩效影响机理研究

Research on the Performance Impact Mechanism of Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation Project from the Perspective of Specific Investment

专用性投资对产学研合作创新项目价值创造具有重要意义,但同时也会引发“套牢”问题,诱导机会主义行为。正式合同和关系信任是用于保护专用性投资两种典型的治理机制。正式合同和关系信任能够减少机会主义行为,引导合作互惠行为。本文以我国产学研合作创新项目为研究对象,实证研究了专用性投资、治理机制和行为对产学研合作创新绩效的影响。结果表明,专用性投资既有利于正式契约的形成,又有利于关系信任的形成,专用性投资对协同创新绩效的影响主要与关系信任有关。

Specific investment is of great significance to the value creation of industry-university-research cooperative innovation projects,but it will also lead to the problem of"hold up"and induce opportunistic behavior.Formal contract and relationship trust are two typical governance mechanisms used to protect specific investment,which can reduce opportunistic behavior and guide cooperative reciprocal behavior.Taking China's cooperative innovation projects as the sample,this paper empirically studies the impact of specific investment,governance mechanism and behavior on the performance of industry-university-research cooperative innovation.The results show that specific investment is conducive to the formation of both formal contract and relationship trust.The impact of specific investment on collaborative innovation performance is mainly affected by relationship trust.
