包神铁路安全管理问题及对策研究

Research on Safety Management Problems and Countermeasures of Baoshen Railway

包神铁路是“包神-神朔-朔黄”煤炭黄金运输通道的主要装车线路,运输组织繁忙,行车设备高负荷运转,安全生产压力大。为有效提升安全管理水平,保障铁路运输畅通高效,本文从科技保安、隐患排查治理、外委班组管理、设备检修、人才培养等方面,对包神铁路安全管理存在的问题进行了剖析,在此基础上提出了针对性的措施和方案。

The Baoshen Railway is the main loading line of the"Baoshen-Shenshuo-Shuohuang"golden coal transportation channel.The transportation organization is busy,the driving equipment operates at high load,and there is great pressure on safety production.In order to effectively improve the safety management level and ensure the smooth and efficient railway transportation,the problems existing in the safety management of Baoshen Railway are analyzed from the aspects of scientific and technological security,hidden danger investigation and treatment,outsourced team management,equipment maintenance,talent training,etc.Based on this,targeted measures and schemes are put forward.
