摘要
文章旨在研究青贮非常规原料对绵羊养分摄入、氮代谢及瘤胃发酵性能的影响。将体重一致的90头绵羊随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复5头。试验期间对照组和处理组绵羊分别饲喂青贮非常规饲料原料(马铃薯茎块和木薯按照1∶1青贮)水平为0、10%和20%的全混合日粮。结论:随着日粮青贮非常规原料添加水平的升高,绵羊粗脂肪摄入量显著升高(P<0.05)。对照组干物质、有机物和非纤维碳水化合物消化率均显著高于10%和20%青贮非常规原料组(P<0.05)。对照组氮消化率、氮沉积以及氮沉积与氮摄入量比值均显著高于处理组(P<0.05)。10%和20%青贮非常规原料组粪氮排泄量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时10%青贮非常规原料组微生物氮合成量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组绵羊瘤胃氨氮、丁酸和戊酸浓度均显著高于10%和20%青贮非常规原料组(P<0.05)。结论:日粮中青贮非常规原料添加水平达到20%会降低绵羊干物质和有机物的消化率,同时瘤胃氨氮浓度显著降低,但10%的添加水平可以改善瘤胃微生物氮的合成。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of unconventional silage materials on nutrient intake,nitrogen metabolism and rumen fermentation performance of sheep.Ninety sheep with the same body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 sheep per replicate.During the experiment,sheep in control group and treatment group were fed total mixed diets with 0,10%and 20%non-conventional silage raw materials(potato stem block and cassava silage according to 1:1),respectively.Conclusion:The crude lipid intake of sheep was significantly increased(P<0.05)with the increase of unconventional raw material supplemental level in the diet silage.The intake of dry matter,organic matter and non-fiber carbohydrate in control group was significantly higher than that in 10%and 20%silage unconventional feedstock groups(P<0.05).The nitrogen digestibility,nitrogen deposition and the ratio of nitrogen deposition to nitrogen intake in control group were significantly higher than those in treatment group(P<0.05).The fecal nitrogen output in 10%and 20%silage groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the microbial nitrogen synthesis in 10%silage group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,butyric acid and valeric acid in the rumen of control group were significantly higher than those of 10%and 20%silage unconventional feedstock groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The digestibility of dry matter and organic matter and rumen ammoia nitrogen concentration of sheep can be decreased significantly when the supplemental level of unconventional silage materials reaches 20%,but the supplementation level of 10%can improve the synthesis of microbial nitrogen in the rumen.
