循环经济理念下绿色饲料产业的机遇和挑战

Opportunities and challenges of green feed industry under the concept of circular economy

传统经济对工业进步的推动作用不可小觑,但这种传统的经济理念在改变人们生活方式的同时也带来了资源的破坏。这种环境和经济发展不平衡的现象影响了未来人类的生存环境与经济发展方式。对此,建立循环经济理念,以可持续的资源保护方式推动产业发展,走资源循环路线非常重要。本文从循环经济的理论基础着手,探讨了循环经济与绿色饲料产业之间的关系,并分析了现状,提出绿色饲料产业面临的机遇和挑战,指出在循环经济理念下,未来绿色饲料产业在环境管理政策、环境评价治理、循环产业战略、市场公众参与及消费观念宣传等方面的措施。本文的研究是我国经济快速增长中兼顾环境污染问题,追求产业效益共同进步的前提条件,也为研究生态平衡机制对绿色饲料产业未来发展作用提供理论基础。

The driving force of traditional economy on industrial progress can not be underestimated.However,this traditional economic concept not only brings the transformation of people’s lifestyle,but also brings the destruction of resources-frequent problems such as ecological imbalance and soil erosion.This phenomenon of unbalanced environmental and economic development affects the future human living environment and economic development mode.In this regard,it is very important to establish the concept of circular economy and promote the development of industry in a sustainable way of resource protection.Starting from the theoretical basis of circular economy,this paper discusses the relationship between circular economy and green feed industry,analyzes the current situation,puts forward the opportunities and challenges faced by green feed industry,and points out that under the concept of circular economy,green feed industry will be in environmental management policy,environmental evaluation and Governance,circular industry strategy Market public participation and consumption concept publicity.The research of this paper is a prerequisite for taking into account the problem of environmental pollution and pursuing the common progress of industrial benefits in China’s rapid economic growth.It also provides a theoretical basis for studying the role of ecological balance mechanism in the future development of green feed industry.
